The first two modules were two days and the third - three.

Participants shared that the methodology is extremely useful for them and will have a real added value for students, will contribute to enhancing joint motivation to move towards specific objectives and results, creating a work environment filled with mutual respect and trust. Teachers said that thanks to this training they have developed specific skills - effective communication, goal setting, giving and receiving feedback, asking questions - all these contributing the coachee be more motivated and more responsible.

The group was divided into pairs for better and active work as coach and coachee between the modules. In addition, after each module homework was given for developing and strengthening the acquired knowledge and skills.

In June the participants were divided into two groups and for 30 minutes they created a creative mind mapping related to information, organizing and coaching of students in Poland, then each group presented its map. This exercise enriched the process, generated new ideas and further motivated the participants for their future work with pupils. Rossitza Veleva-Bialek held several individual coaching sessions at the request of participants before the third module. Two exercises were undertaken in order to improve the presentation skills of teachers and the inclusion of the coaching process during a public appearance.

Feedback from participants was extremely positive emphasizing the interactive form of education and its particular application to professional and personal life skills and experience, of the skills of the trainer to transfer the knowledge and create a suitable atmosphere on the grounds of mutual respect - on the one hand, and on the other hand - provoking confrontation with the personal areas of comfort and discomfort. The only recommendation for improvement of training was more modules to be organized.
